Not at all! These retreats are open to all, and absolutely no prior knowledge is required. Think of these classes as parts to little nervous system regulation tool box. Every practice is offered with gentle guidance, and clear instructions. The intention is not perfection, but presence and being open to try new things. Simply showing up as you are is more than enough.

Absolutely and highly encouraged. Many guests come on their own, and it often becomes one of the most rewarding parts of the experience. Retreats naturally foster a sense of connection and community, while still allowing plenty of space for solitude and reflection.

These retreats are thoughtfully structured with a full daily itinerary, including a variety of activities, shared meals, and intentional pockets of free time to rest and integration. Each experience is designed to build upon the next, creating a cohesive and meaningful journey, so I gently encourage you to participate in all sessions to receive the fullest benefit!
At the same time, this is your experience. You are always free to honor your own needs, take space when you wish, and move through the retreat in a way that feels most aligned with you.

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you are “bathed” in soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, drums and chimes. As you rest comfortably, the sound waves help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite a state of deep relaxation and inner balance.

Hard to explain, easy to acheive. Active breathwork is a guided breathing practice that uses intentional, rhythmic breathing patterns to help shift your physical, emotional, and mental state. Unlike passive or meditative breathing, this practice is more dynamic and energizing, often helping to release stored tension, increase clarity, and awaken a deeper connection to yourself.
During a session, you’ll be gently led through a specific breathing technique, accompanied by music and supportive guidance. This can create a powerful experience that may feel expansive, emotional, or deeply grounding.
Each person’s experience is unique, but many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected both to themselves and the present moment.
