I’m deeply devoted to guiding you back to your own inner light, using the tools I’ve gathered along my own ongoing journey toward inner peace. Every offering comes from lived experience. these practices have helped me return to myself, find clarity, and better understand the meaning and purpose of my life.

  • Sound healing sessions invite you to sink deeply into your inner world, allowing the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments to wash over you. These sounds help release energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and awaken a sense of inner peace.

  • Breathwork sessions guide you to explore the power of your own breath. we will use an intentional rhythm to quiet the mind creating clarity. This practice encourages you to observe your mind without judgment, uncovering hidden emotions, patterns, and insights. Breath is a bridge between your conscious awareness and your own deeper wisdom.

    We’ll discuss what comes up during the session, and if you’d like, you can draw an Oracle card after for extra insight and reflection.

  • I like to say reiki is like an internal massage. In my Reiki sessions, I focus on connecting with your emotional body to help release what feels heavy or stuck and amplify what feels light and full. I start with a body scan and use gentle touch to tune into your energy, assisting with release, I use some sound tools, tuning forks, and essential oils to aid awareness. From there, I use an Ayurvedic body chart and the Charaka system to help you understand patterns that might be showing up for you.

    We’ll discuss what comes up during the session, and if you’d like, you can draw an Oracle card after for extra insight and reflection.

  • Yoga sessions are designed as a journey inward, helping you tune into the feelings of our physical body. We will flow and restore together. The goal is to learn to listen to our body’s signals, release tension, and cultivate a sense of grounded presence. This practice isn’t about perfection. No need for prior experience. Yoga is about feeling, sensing, and reconnecting with your physical self.

  • Sacred, retreat-style trainings in pranayama Breath-work and Reiki Levels I & II, and Reiki Master. These small group two-day, two-night training immersions are designed to nourish your spirit, deepen your practice, and support your evolution as both a healer and a human.
