Or maybe you simply know that you're ready to go deeper for your self, and for your next phase.
The Initiation is an invitation to follow that calling.
This is an immersive practitioner training designed to both introduce you and certify you in the practices of sound healing, active breathwork, and Reiki I + 2.
Because before we learn how to hold space for someone else… we must learn how to hold space for ourselves.
Throughout our time together, we'll engage in daily personal energy practice designed to expand your capacity, deepen your connection to yourself, and strengthen the vessel from which we show up for others.
You are are welcome to join just as you are, no prior experience necessary.
Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
THE RHYTHM
OF THE WEEK
The Initiation is designed to be experienced…not simply learned.
Each day will blend learning, practice, nourishment, connection, and time to explore.
Morning Practice:
Each morning begins with a grounding practice combining breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and journaling.
This is time to turn inward, connect with yourself, and prepare your body and mind for the day ahead.
Daily Learning:
We will spend approximately 6 hours each day in a combination of learning, discussion, demonstration, and hands-on practice.
This is where we explore the foundations of sound healing, breathwork, Reiki, energy work, nervous system awareness, facilitation, and holding space.
Nourishment:
Two nourishing whole food meals will be provided each day, along with fresh fruits, vegetables, and snacks throughout the day.
Because this work asks you to be present, we want you to feel supported, nourished, and cared for throughout the experience.
Evenings:
Evenings will intentionally vary.
Some nights will be dedicated to self-study and integration.
Some will be spent in group practice, reflection, and connection.
And some evenings will take us outside for excursions around Joshua Tree, giving us the opportunity to explore, breathe, connect with nature, and experience the magic of the landscape together.

Your Day Off
One day during the training will be yours.
We will begin the morning together with our morning practice. After that, the day is completely yours.
Take yourself into Joshua Tree. Go for a hike. Explore the desert. Read a book. Rest. Journal. Get a massage. Sit in silence. Do absolutely nothing.
There is no agenda and no group work.
This day is intentionally built into the training to give your mind, body, and nervous system space to process and integrate everything you've been taking in throughout the week.
No meals will be provided on the day off, giving you the freedom to explore Joshua Tree and nourish yourself in whatever way feels best for you.

Travel & Arrival
Our retreat home is located in Joshua Tree, California.
If you are flying in, the closest major airport is Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). From the airport, you can rent a car or arrange a rideshare to the retreat house.
If you live within driving distance, you are also welcome to drive directly to Joshua Tree.
The exact retreat house address and arrival details will be provided upon booking.
Approximately 6–8 weeks before the training begins, a group text thread will be created for all participants. This will be a space to connect with one another, ask questions, share travel plans, and coordinate carpooling or ride-sharing if desired.
Please note: Transportation to and from Joshua Tree is not included in the retreat investment, so each participant is responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat.

Arrival:
Please plan to arrive at the retreat house in Joshua Tree, California, no later than 4:30 PM.
You’re welcome to arrive as early as 3:00 PM to settle in, unpack, and get comfortable.
Opening festivities will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, so please allow yourself enough time to arrive, get settled, and transition into the experience before we begin.
Departure:
Our final morning together will begin with a closing circle at 7:30 AM, giving us time to reflect, integrate, and honor the experience we’ve shared.
Departure will be on April 8th between 8:30–9:30 AM.
Please make arrangements to vacate the retreat home in Joshua Tree by 9:30 AM.
